What should I do if I have a 'failed to initialise printer error' or '80000045' error in ColorProof?
This error normally means that the job could not successfully communicate with the printer.
You can resolve the error by performing the following steps:
1) Shut down ColorProof including all services (in the task bar).
2) Shut down the printer and perform a hard reset, by removing it from the power, pressing the 'on' button to discharge it, and then connecting it to the power again.
3) Turn the printer on and make sure it is 'ready'.
4) Then launch ColorProof and try processing the job again.
