If your X-Rite product is in need of repair of re-certification, you must contact X-Rite directly.

X-Rite offers repair and re-certification services for products that are under warranty, covered by a service contract or through a material charge. A Return Material Authorization (RMA) is required from X-Rite in order for you to return a unit for repair, replacement or re-certification. X-Rite will provide you with an RMA number and shipped instructions.
The process can take several weeks. A loaner unit can be requested in the RMA form.
