If your licence has expired (in the licence overview, modules appear as 'expired'), please check that you have applied any licence files that have been sent to you.
For online-based licence, click the Get Licence button to check for updates.
If you have a licence error and your licence overview window is showing serial 0000000000, check that your dongle is connected to the USB port and visible. See our article on troubleshooting dongle connections.
If you still cannot launch your software, please contact contact us. Make sure to have your dongle serial number to hand.
- Every licence file has a 10-digit serial number in the file name. This matches the serial number in your GMG software.
- You can find the serial number written on the USB dongle itself (if hardware based), or in the Licence Overview window (if hardware or online based).
