Note: this applies to ColorServer version 4 only.
Rarely your ColorServer installation may become corrupt, causing the hotfolders to disappear. This can happen when the running of the software is interrupted without warning – for example, due to a power cut, forced shut down or running out of disk space.
In this case an environment backup should be restored:
Options > Environment Backup > Restore.
Please contact GMG for assistance if required.
It is essential that an environment backup is available.
