Have you started a calibration, but nothing is coming out of the printer? Some common causes including the following:
- Your printer is paused. Please check that the printer is not paused in ColorProof. You can see under the list of Available Printers in the Output tab.
- Your printer is in an error state. Please check the printer panel for errors. Also check the sidebar in the Output tab for any status errors.
- Check the status of the job in the job queue for errors. Click the Job tab on the left hand side on the main window to see the job queue.
- The relevant services may not be running.
Before contacting us, please try restarting your ColorProof software and the printer itself. If the calibration charts are still not printing, please get in touch with us via a new support ticket.
