This message in your jobs simply means that the calibration set you are trying to print with has expired.
The default expiry is 7 days for GMG media. If you haven’t calibrated within the last 7 days, a new calibration is required.
To resolve the error, please re-calibrate your printer.
Ensure that you are calibrating the correct calibration set for your media:
- Is your workflow set to unidirectional or bidirectional?
- Check by opening up the job or workflow properties, and looking under the Printer Settings tab.
- Does the calibration set in the job match the calibration set you are calibrating?
