The main ColorProof window is divided into six tabs on the left side of the window. You can switch between tabs at any time by clicking on the appropriate button.
Jobs: Displays all files currently running through the system until they have finished printing.
History: Displays all jobs that have finished printing. This will hold 200 jobs and any new jobs will force the oldest out of the list. You can re-print jobs from here also.
Workflows: Displays all hotfolders and workflows controlling job parameters.
Output: Displays all available printers, calibration sets and information on hardware settings, such as the ink set and loaded media. Also controls the calibration, maintenance and install of printers.
Database: Displays all colour management sets linked to the database, such as proof standards, calibration sets, spot colour sets and control strips.
System: Displays all global program settings and folder locations for RIP operation. (There is a limited requirement to use this section).

Colour management sets installed with the product are read-only and can be edited only after duplication.
On the System Tab you can define global program settings such as measuring units used in the program or the temporary file folder required for ripping jobs.
