What does it mean if my job or printer is showing the error 'wrong paper path'?
In the majority of cases, this means that the media type selected in ColorProof does not match the setting on the printer panel.
If you are using roll media, ensure that the printer is not in sheet mode. You can do this by clicking the left arrow on the printer panel to cycle between the options. A symbol of a roll with scissors should be displayed, rather than a symbol of a sheet.
If your printer is in the wrong mode, it may also cause the jobs not to cut between prints.
Cut Sheet: for when using sheet mode only.
Roll and Cut: make sure the scissors are shown, or the job won’t cut.
Roll and No Cut: the job will not be cut.
